Furneaux Distillery 'Flinders Island Peated Bourbon Cask' Various Size Samples

The first ever whisky release distilled on flinders island from when we commissioned our stills in 2019!

An absolutely remarkable drop, all about the fudge. It’s one of those bourbon cask releases where you’ve just hit gold in the timber. Heaven’s Hill supplied these ex bourbon barrels, which can mean a number of different bourbon producers, but it is all about the richer, more caramel notes and its soft, subtle earthy peat finish.
