A third fill expression, this smooth and delicious dram was aged in an uncharred casks from a Riverina Winery that aged Semillon Botrytis for a few years in 1998 before been filled with Tawny (port) for 10 years.

• Cask: 225L Uncharred Ex-Tawny Cask (aged Semillon Botrytis before Tawny)
• Released in 2021 (Total of 850 Bottles)

• Nose: Earthy, Vanilla, Sweet, Buttery
• Palate: Creamy Sweet, Oily and Smooth, Apricot, Grassy
• Finish: Clear Lingering Finish, Grape, White Spice
